My agent, Scott Krautman, was simply amazing! Although I had numerous questions regarding this new plan, he took his time to answer my questions and made everything clear to my understanding! He also went over the details of the plan and took the time to explain everything to me so that I would be aware and prepared for the future benefits that I will be receiving! I also had a follow up call from the customer service department! My conversation then was with David Eskau! He also did an amazing job throughout our conversation by providing me with further information that I needed to finalize my enrollment!
